Shipping

.  We ship all U.S. bound package orders via UPS ground in the lower 48 region . 

.   We do not ship to Hawaii,  Alaska or Canada at this time. 

.  Prices are based on current rates from our warehouse in Mexico Missouri. zip # 65265 to your zip code. The weight and the size will determine the cost of shipping to your area.

.   There is a 7 percent sales tax for items going to Georgia.

.   If the product is damaged in shipping please contact us at  csm@coastalnow.net or call 912-312-0596 . If there is no answer please leave a message and we will contact you .

.   You will need to keep all paper work along with all packaging and the box it came in. You will also need to contact the shipper to see what they require . 

Warranty 

 .  We warrant that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship when you receive them.

.  If your product is not  what you ordered when you receive it, please contact us within  five days either by e-mail at csm@coastalnow.net  or by phone at 912-312-0596 .  If no answer please leave a message and  we will contact you.  

.  You will need to keep all original paper work, all packing paper and the box it came in along with the defective part. We will contact you with a authorization number to send the product back.

.  Do not send anything back until you have the authorization number or it will not be covered by any warranty.  

.  All sales are final unless there is damage in the shipping or there is a defect in the product.

.   Due to the high rate of credit card fraud the mailing address must match what is on the credit card.

.   We do not ship to P.O. Box's  we have to have an address.

.   At this time we are unable to accept any type of checks.
